What Happens After You Request an Estimate: From Form to Written Price
More on how we workSame business day
Somebody who knows trees reads it
Not a dispatcher. If a photo comes with it, an arborist has usually formed a view before anyone drives out.
Within a day or two
We agree a time that suits you
Most estimates do not need you there. If you would rather walk the property with us, say so and we book it that way.
On site
An arborist stands at the tree
Hands on the trunk, a look at the whole property, and a straight answer on whether the work is needed at all.
In writing
Scope and price, before anything is booked
What we would do, what we would leave alone, and what it costs. No pressure to accept it on the day.
Something on the house right now? That is a phone call, not a form. 402-332-2839.
Speed Up Your Estimate: Send Three Photos for a Faster Price
All 36 problems we treatThe whole tree
One shot from across the street
Shows the shape, the lean and how much canopy is thin. Most diagnoses start here rather than up close.
The problem
One close-up of what worries you
Leaves, bark, a wound, a crack. Close enough to see detail, with something in frame for scale.
The access
One of the route in
Gates, slopes, fences and what sits underneath. Access moves a removal price more than size does.
Text them to 402-332-2839 or attach them to the form. Either reaches an arborist.
What people say about the estimate itself
“Eden Tree Pros were $2,000 under the other bid we received from another reputable company. We had used Eden Tree Pros in the past and were confident in hiring them again. The guys themselves have a great work ethic and great teamwork.”

Ask us something elseIs the estimate really free?
Yes, for work we would carry out. An experienced arborist comes to the property, walks the tree with you and puts scope and price in writing at no charge. The one thing that is not free is a formal consultation or a written risk assessment, because those are a professional opinion rather than a quote, and both are priced before you book them.
How soon can somebody come out?
Most estimates happen within a few days across the metro, and often the same week. Storm damage is different: anything sitting on a structure is a phone call rather than a form, and those go to the front of the list the same day.
Do I have to be home?
Usually not. For a straightforward removal, pruning or stump job we can assess, measure and quote without you there, then send it through. If the job involves access through the house, a shared tree or a decision you want to talk through, it is worth being there and we will schedule for a time you can make.
Will I get a sales pitch?
No, and the reason is self-interested as much as principled. We would rather tell you a tree does not need to come down and keep you as a customer for the next twenty years than sell you one removal. Plenty of our estimates end with us recommending less work than the person expected, or none at all.
What if I only want a price over the phone?
Send a photo instead and it is usually faster. Height, access and what sits underneath change a price enough that a number given blind is either padded or wrong, and neither helps you. Call 402-332-2839, text the photos through, and you will get a real range before anybody schedules anything.
