1. What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount that arrives automatically when you use the site.

• Contact details you submit through an estimate or contact form: name, phone number, email address and property address
• Photos and descriptions of your trees or property that you send us for diagnosis
• Records of the work we quote and perform at your property, which we keep as ordinary business records
• Basic technical information any website receives: browser type, pages visited and approximate region, used in aggregate to keep the site working

2. How we use it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing. Ever.

• To respond to your request — which is the reason you gave it to us
• To schedule, perform and invoice work at your property
• To contact you about work in progress, an estimate you requested, or a seasonal program you are enrolled in
• To keep the treatment records that Nebraska commercial applicator rules require us to keep

3. Who sees it

Your information is seen by the Eden employees who need it to do the work, and by the service providers that make an ordinary business run: our scheduling and invoicing software, our payment processor, and our website host. Each of those receives only what its function needs.

We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect somebody's safety or our legal rights.

4. Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we use it to talk to you about your estimate, scheduling and work in progress. Message frequency varies with the work. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Our full SMS terms are on their own page.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses the minimum it can get away with: functional cookies that make pages work, and basic analytics that tell us which pages people read. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

6. How long we keep it

Estimate requests and job records are kept as ordinary business records, and treatment records are kept as long as Nebraska applicator rules require. If you want your contact information removed from our systems, ask, and we will remove everything the law does not require us to keep.

7. Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you, and we will tell you
• Ask us to correct it, and we will
• Ask us to delete it, and we will remove everything we are not legally required to retain
• Reply STOP to any text message to end texts immediately

8. Children

This site is for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be flagged plainly rather than slipped in.
