Do you ever get less than five stars?
Yes, occasionally, across three decades in business — a scheduling miss, a fence that got clipped, a call that took too long to return. What is worth noticing is what happens after: the owner answers those personally on Google rather than leaving them to sit, and more than once that has meant a refund or a repair arranged the same week rather than an argument. How a company responds to the rare bad review tells you more than the review itself does.
How do you get so many reviews?
Mostly by asking, the same day the crew finishes, while the work is still fresh and the yard is still clean. Nobody here treats a five-star review as owed for doing the job that was already paid for — it has to be worth writing down, and the volume is really just what happens when that is true often enough for long enough.
Can I leave a review of my own?
Yes, and it does not need to be five stars to be useful to us. Search Eden Tree Pros on Google, open the Business Profile, and the review button is right there. If something about the job was wrong, a phone call gets it fixed faster than a review does, but we would rather hear it either way than not hear it at all.
Why does the same name show up on more than one page of this site?
