1. The website

The content on this site — prices, ranges, treatment windows, diagnostic guidance — is provided for information and is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date it was written. It is general guidance about trees in eastern Nebraska, not a diagnosis of your tree. A diagnosis happens when an arborist looks at the actual tree, which is free to arrange.

Published prices and ranges are current as of their posting and can change between seasons. The price that binds is the one on your written estimate.

2. Estimates

• Estimates are free and come in writing
• A written estimate describes the scope: what is included, what is excluded, and the price
• Estimates do not expire on a countdown, but a materially changed property (storm damage, further decline) may need a revised one
• The estimate binds both of us: we do not add charges to a written scope after the fact

3. Scheduling and weather

Work is scheduled in windows, confirmed the business day before. Weather that makes work unsafe or damaging — lightning risk, saturated ground, high wind — moves the work, and your job moves with it at the front of the queue. Treatment work is scheduled to biological windows and may be booked weeks or months ahead for that reason.

4. Payment

• Routine residential work is invoiced on completion
• Crane work and multi-day jobs may require a deposit, stated on the estimate
• Seasonal programs are billed per visit as each round is performed
• Invoices are payable on receipt by card, check or the online customer portal

5. Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule booked work by calling us — the earlier the better, and there is no fee for reasonable notice. Seasonal programs can be stopped at any time and you pay only for visits already performed. Nothing auto-renews without a conversation.

6. Property access and site conditions

You agree to provide access to the work area on the scheduled day, and to tell us about anything hidden that matters: invisible fencing, irrigation lines, septic fields, buried utilities you know about. We call for public utility locates where digging or grinding requires it; privately installed lines we cannot see are your responsibility to flag.

7. Our responsibilities

• Work performed to ANSI A300 (pruning) and ANSI Z133 (safety) standards
• General liability and workers' compensation coverage, with certificates available on request
• Property protection and cleanup as described on the written scope
• Damage we cause is reported to you the same day and handled through our insurance — never traded against your invoice

8. What we do not promise

Trees are living things in Nebraska weather, and no honest company guarantees outcomes it does not control. A treated tree can still decline from another cause; a pest program reduces populations rather than abolishing biology; a pruned tree is not stormproof. What we guarantee is the work itself: done as scoped, to standard, by insured crews.

9. Disputes

If something is wrong, call us first — nearly everything is resolved by a crew lead standing in your yard looking at it with you. These terms are governed by Nebraska law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved in a yard belongs in the courts of Sarpy County, Nebraska.
