For storm damage, yes, whatever the hour. Routine estimates and scheduling are handled during business hours, and a form sent at midnight is read first thing rather than at midnight.

The shop is at 13548 S 220th, Suite #2, Gretna, NE 68028. We work 26 towns across the metro, from Fremont across to Missouri Valley and from Blair down to Plattsmouth. Sarpy County gets the fastest response because that is where we are; everywhere else runs on a scheduled route day.
Can I come to the office?
You can, and it is worth calling first, because the crews and the arborists are out on properties most of the day and the person you actually want to speak to may not be at a desk. Almost nothing needs an office visit — estimates happen at your property, not at ours.
