A town built close together leaves no margin for casual tree work. When the biggest thing on the lot has to come down between two houses, the difference between a rigging crew and a chainsaw crew is the difference between a clean invoice and an insurance claim. That is the work La Vista hands us most: experienced climbers, real rigging, and a plan made standing in your yard rather than guessed from a photo.
The other half of the story is age. La Vista's trees mostly went in during a few busy decades, so they are arriving at their structural questions together — the co-dominant maples, the untreated ash, the honeylocust grown into the service drop. Not all of them need to come down, and we will not pretend otherwise to sell a removal. Cables, reduction pruning and honest assessments keep more La Vista trees standing than our saws take down.
And the shop is fifteen minutes away in Gretna. Estimates are free and written, storm response is same-day, and the answer you get is the one we would give a neighbor — at this distance, that is roughly what you are.
