Yes. Everything on this page is done by Eden crews, not brokered out to whoever is available that week. It is the reason the same faces turn up for the pruning in March and the lighting in December, and the reason we can carry the insurance rather than hoping a subcontractor did.
How do I know which service I need?
Most people do not, and that is fine. Send a photograph of the tree and a sentence about what worries you, and an arborist will tell you which of these it actually is. A surprising number of removal inquiries turn out to be a clean-out, and a few trimming inquiries turn out to be a tree that should have come down two years ago.
Are you insured, and can I see the certificates?
General liability and workers' compensation, both carried, and certificates go to you or your insurer the same day you ask. Tree work is one of the more dangerous trades in the country and an uninsured crew on your property is your problem, not theirs.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. An experienced arborist comes out, walks the tree with you, and gives you the price in writing before anything is booked. If the tree does not need the work, that is what the estimate says, and there is no charge for hearing it.
How far do you travel?
26 towns across the metro, from Elkhorn and Gretna out west to Council Bluffs across the river, and everything in between. If you are not sure whether your address is on the route, ask — the answer is usually yes, and when it is not we will say so rather than pad the drive time into the price.
